Wiki Book – Learning Book Cataloguing and Type of Genre

Presented by Puan Ayuni, this session explored the fundamentals of book cataloguing and classification by genre. The discussion provided insights into organizing books effectively, making them more accessible for both libraries and individual collections.

Crime Scene Investigation – Serial Killer Threats in Jawi

Encik Firdaus led a session on “Crime Scene Investigation,” where participants read and decoded a ransom letter in Jawi script, supposedly from a serial killer. This exercise enhanced their understanding of Jawi while sparking discussion on the use of script to create suspenseful narratives.

Book Forensic – Plot and Ending Analysis

In this session, Encik Ehzan invited members to choose a book or a classic story to discuss its plot and ending. The participants engaged in a deep analysis of their chosen stories, sharing diverse interpretations and viewpoints, which enriched the overall discussion.

Best BS Scrap Book Competition

The gathering concluded with the “Best BS Scrap Book” competition, where members showcased their creativity through personalized scrapbooks. The scrapbooks featured unique themes, innovative designs, and artistic elements, reflecting the members’ passion for books and storytelling.

Sesi eksklusif bersama Pengarah Eksekutif, Pembangunan Perkilangan (Bukan Sumber) dan Pengarah / Timbalan Pengarah Bahagian Elektrikal & Elektronik, Teknologi Bangunan & Gaya Hidup, Minyak & Gas, Maritim dan Perkhidmatan Logistik, Teknologi Jentera & Logam, Perkhidmatan Bisnes dan Operasi Serantau yang bertujuan memupuk budaya perkongsian ilmu pengatahuan dan menggalakkan penggunaan Shared Drive – EDMS (SD-EDMS) di MIDA. Selain itu, sesi ini juga menerangkan cara-cara merekod ‘tacit knowledge’ melalui ‘Knowledge Management Lessons Learned (KMLL). Sesi latihan telah diadakan di Resource Centre, Tingkat 12, MIDA Sentral.
