MIDA Resource Centre Quality Objectives

  • To ensure all requests for materials/digital information are attended to within two (2) working days.
  • To ensure all materials are acquired and provided based on the analysis of usage from the Resource Centreā€™s collections.
  • To ensure at least five (5) activities towards building a knowledge society in the organisation are undertaken annually.
  • To respond written/email enquiries within 3 (three) working days.
