MIDA Resource Centre Quality Objectives
- To ensure all requests for materials/digital information are attended to within two (2) working days.
- To ensure all materials are acquired and provided based on the analysis of usage from the Resource Centreās collections.
- To ensure at least five (5) activities towards building a knowledge society in the organisation are undertaken annually.
- To respond written/email enquiries within 3 (three) working days.
