CSI is hosting an exclusive session to promote the use of the newly launched MIDA Knowledge Sharing Shared Drive (SD-EDMS) and foster a knowledge-sharing culture. The session will focus on capturing tacit knowledge, particularly through Lessons Learned, to ensure that valuable insights and experiences are documented and accessible. Participants will be guided on how to effectively navigate the Shared Drive for uploading and accessing Lessons Learned, Best Practices, and New Information & Tips, while also addressing protocols for managing restricted documents to ensure data security and compliance.

The session will also include a discussion on the InvestMalaysia portal screening process. This segment aims to provide insights into how CSI screens applications in line with SOPs and lessons learned from previous experiences. The goal is to ensure that applications are correctly channeled to the relevant divisions, ultimately improving precision and efficiency in the management process.
