The KASE Community Workshop 2024, co-hosted by MIDA and Mantasoft Sdn Bhd on 25 June 2024 was a success, attended by government agencies and organisations. The event was graced by inspiring welcoming remarks from the MIDA CEO, setting the stage for a day focused on ‘Knowledge Sharing & Learning for Continuous Improvement.’ KM Speakers from MIDA, MATRADE and MIDF provided valuable insights and shared their implementation journeys. The evening session featured the knowledge market, where KM consultants showcased their specific solutions. The workshop received positive feedback from attendees who gained valuable strategies for enhancing intellectual capital through KM in their organisations.

Seksyen Khidmat Pelanggan dan Maklumat Pelaburan (CSI) telah menyertai Program Semarak Ilmu@MITI 2024 yang dianjurkan oleh Kementerian Pelaburan, Perdagangan dan Industri (MITI) Malaysia. Program ini diadakan pada 25 Jun 2024 (Selasa) di MITI, Kuala Lumpur.
Antara penglibatan MIDA dan pengisian program adalah Panel Santai Bicara Ilmu, Pempamer dan Pembekal Buku dan lain-lain. Selain itu, penyampaian cenderamata kepada Petugas Cemerlang Perkhidmatan Perpustakaan dan Pengguna Aktif Perpustakaan juga turut diadakan
